Where Are You, Timothy Leadbelly (walnut creek)

My beloved gray-and-white "tuxedo tabby" cat has been missing for several months now, but I am not giving up!

Timothy Leadbelly is a very large, neutered, 8-year-old cat. From the sides or above, he looks gray with dark striping. But when viewed from the front, his white chin and white chest (or "bib") are visible. He also has white paws and a white stomach.

Distinctive features are:

-- pink nose

-- green eyes

-- large appetite (but prefers dry food to wet; doesn't care much about milk)

-- shyness; tends to be skittish around strangers -- but might respond to the sound of a rustling bag of dry-cat food or to the call "Fressssssssh kitty crunchies, fressssssssh crunchies!"

If seen, do NOT chase him. Instead, phone me with info on his whereabouts. Better yet, text me a PHOTO of a cat sighting.

REWARD OFFERED for his safe return OR for reliable information leading to his recovery.

Last seen in the 2600 block of Jones Road in Walnut Creek but he could be anywhere by now, possibly in another neighborhood, or along the Contra Costa Canal Trail, or trapped in someone's garage, shed, or storage unit, or adopted by someone who doesn't know that I've been searching for him for months now.

(NOTE: Similar, but smaller, tabby cats have been seen on Jones Place; in Carriage Place on Jones/Oak; in the Hamptons on Oak; in the Northwoods on Jones; on or near Cora and Cherry; and on or near Sunnyvale, Putnam and via del Sol, all in Walnut Creek)
