What is my experience? I have been a full-time custodian for four years cleaning up after one of the most demanding innercity high schools in Portland. All cleaners and equipment used to clean bathrooms are stored in a separate tub/container to ensure your protection against cross-contamination in other areas of your home or business, which is something that nearly all home and business cleaners either forget or ignore the importance of. -Tell me anything in particular about the area to be cleaned that may take extra care to restore to it's fullest potential.
-If you have pets please let me know if they will be in the house while I clean and if they or any of your home/business inhabitants have any allergies or other issues concerning particular cleaning products.
-The # of rooms in your area and any peculiarities regarding the rooms that I should know before I come over.
-Whether or not there are time constraints regarding the date of completion for my services.
-If you are located outside of the Portland-Metro area I will need your location to assess mileage fees, which are very fair.
