I need someone to document my final walk thru with my landlord this coming Sunday the 1st, both pictures and then video while she's there. This woman is unprofessional, sneaky and loves to blame tenants for problems that have existed for years, tries to keep deposits, etc, etc. I'm a little older and don't have any tech gadgets so I need someone to come and take pictures and then walk thru the apt with us when she gets here in case she makes any accusations of damages or uncleanliness. Then, at that time, email it all to me. Job pays $20 and as long as she's on time, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. If she is late, I will pay $10 per hour after the first initial hour. Great job for PSU student!!!
