1 Young Business Professional Seeking Housing Apartment (Chapel Hill)
Hello,
I am a young male business professional who is moving to Chapel Hill to take over the management of several student housing assets. I would like to find an apartment that is fairly modern, and semi affordable. I am "A-OK" with roommates provided they are semi-mature. I think I would actually prefer female roommates as I have always lived and worked with ladies. I am very clean, polite and respectful. I do not smoke and will only drink socially.
