Hi, I'm looking for an apartment share in the Newton, Watertown, Brookline, Chestnut Hill areas. I'm trying to be closer to my job, so the areas are pretty important. I'm not overly particular, but I'd prefer to live with just one person (female, late 20s/early 30s), no couples, have more than one bathroom in the apartment (not mandatory, but nice if available), laundry, and off-street parking (so, basically no Somerville, no Allston, and no Brighton). I'm quiet, friendly, respectful, don't smoke, don't have pets, and am a good roommate. If you have something available please let me know. Don't want to spend over 1,000 for rent. Thanks a.
