This is a large, quiet, duplex 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom apartment...
The room is large, bright, quiet, with high ceilings, will fit a full size bed, a dresser, a desk...see pictures.
Kitchen and bathroom are big as well. The ceilings are super-high, which is awesome.
The building and the area are really cool and we are excited to find someone clean, professional, respectful, and mature to sign the lease.
Sorry no pets. water and heat included!
The apartment is on west 100th street and Broadway a very lively area with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars... and it's also 3 blocks away from the 1 train.
Beautiful elevator, laundry in building, live in super.
Please have a good income (around 35k-40k) and a good credit.
