There is a dishwasher, but I have never used it - I assume it works. If not, the maintenance staff are really nice and helpful - so are the office staff.
Rent is $1142 (1130 + 12 for trash), which is $571 per room if sharing or getting a roommate.
Trash has to be dropped off at the dumpster which is really close by.
The apartment faces the wooded area boundary between Evans Road and the apartment complex.
Water/Sewer and Electricity are extra.
Rent for December has been paid. Your first rent due will be Jan 1 for the month of January. Nothing is due for December, no matter when you move in..
There is a $60 application which has already been paid.
There is a $1000 deposit on the apartment which, at the end of the lease, will go to whoever rents the apartment. It will be $500 each if sharing the apartment.
Pet rent and application fees additional.
The lease is till August 2017
