The end of summer is the BEST time to be at Hampton Beach! The water is warmer, there's less traffic, and the beach is quieter. This cute cottage is fully booked all summer until Aug. 29th, but we do have some weeks after that, including Labor Day week and the week of the 26th Annual Seafood Festival! (Weekly rentals only!) This is an immaculate single family cottage in the quiet "Island Section" of Hampton Beach, NH. This adorable three bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage (no waiting for the bathroom!) has new wood floors throughout and is just steps (175 yards - 3 min walk) from the smooth white sand beach at the end of our little street - no need to cross the traffic on Ocean Boulevard! It is all on one floor - no stairs to climb! The front bedroom has a double bed, the smaller middle one has twin bunk beds, and the back bedroom has a double bed, a new wall-mounted flat screen TV, and it's own en suite bathroom. (Cottage sleeps 6 max.) Tenants are required to bring their own linens (sheets and towels) and paper goods. The house is completely furnished with a newly renovated full kitchen which has all brand new cabinets and backsplash, a brand new stove and over-the-range microwave, a full size refrig, toaster, coffee maker & blender, dishes, etc. It's beautiful!!! (See the new pictures!) There's expanded cable (watch the Red Sox!) on a new wall-mounted flat screen TV, free wireless internet, AC, and a nice yard with gardens, a gas grill and picnic tables. It also has a great deck with chairs and an umbrella table for al fresco dining and relaxing. Morning coffee or afternoon cocktails are so much better on the deck with the fresh ocean air!!!
