We are a young active couple with two dogs, working in the finance and telco industry. We currently live in a 2 bedroom townhome with a lease that expires in May. We are looking for ideally a 2+ bedroom with a fenced in yard, heat and hot water included. Willing to pay higher rental rate if the space has dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Fence is not necessary if in low traffic area.
We are looking to have something secured by March. Combined we have a great level of income, credit and rental history. Our dogs are a small puggle, and a medium sized lab mix. Our dogs are the reason we want to leave our current living situation. One is a service dog and to give them the happiness they deserve we need more outdoor space. Square footage of living space is not a huge concern as long as there are two bedrooms.
