1979 GMC Caballero like a chevy El Camino pickup

9200 USD

This is possibly the nicest vehicle of this type that can be found anywhere!!! It is a rare 1979 GMC Caballero Larado that I flew out & purchased in Las Vagas, drove it home and had a complete rebuild done on it. It had just over 60K origional miles on it when I purchased it, it now has around 68K. It has NEVER had any rust anywhere EVER! I had the V-8 engine rebuilt, it's .30 over and new everything. I also had it balanced. It has an aluminum intake and a bit of chrome accessories. The rebuilt motor now has about 8K miles on it. The transmission was replaced at the same time, with a pro built turbo 350 with a mild shift kit. While the motor was being built the body was soda blasted to bare metal then painted white with blue pearl and clear coated. The bed was sand blasted and a professional spray on bed liner added. The interior was replaced with one from a Buick Reviera. It has 60/40 6 way electric seats. It was a clean swap with no modifications or extra holes necessary, I looked in the crossover books and found this was an exact fit. It has new tires and wheels, new exhaust, new shocks with air shocks in the rear. The front end shop checked all front end components and found everything to be in excellent condition so they didn't have to replace anything there, just aligned it to factory specs. This vehicle has never been in the rain or snow since rebuilt. It is kept in a garage and rarely driven. The car runs great and looks fantastic. I don't believe there is a nicer one to be found anywhere.
My price is $9,200, even though I have way more invested.. Call (605) seven ate seven .
