This is an awesome little truck. The body, frame need work and front end parts need (upper control arm) to be replaced. Rust is the major problem with this vehicle, otherwise runs great and is dependable. Needs sound system.
Has good summer tires and newer snow tires with rims.
This work horse is excellent on gas. Costs around $30 to fill up and gets around 375 miles to a tank.
Easy to drive. It has 195k miles.
I enjoy driving this economical, comfortable vehicle. The 22re is an amazing engine, easy to work on and is bullet proof. My impression of the truck is it's durable, overbuilt and easy to service and replace parts. The 4 cyl engine is a real work horse, has excellent economy and hauls loads just fine.
Toyota made a really smart move with this truck. You can plan on having this truck for many more miles. I'm sure it will make it there!
