I'm the second owner of this boat since it was new. I purchased it in 1998 and the previous owner stepped up. It has a 454 Mercruiser engine with a Bravo 2 outdrive. Has 460 original hours and always used Mobile 1 fully synthetic oil. The heat exchangers, risers, gaskets, plug wires, plugs, distributor cap and 4 barrel carburetor have all been replaced. The outside upholstery is new and has never been sat on. Sleeps 4 with galley with microwave, stove, and icebox. Bathroom (head) contains toilet and shower. Heat and a/c is reverse cycle marine air that was check out last year. Has a new Mercruiser prop which has never been put on. The trailer is a Venture which has never been put in the water and the only time it has been on the road was from the dealership to my house. It has auto Halon system in the engine room and comes with all safety equipment including Standard VHF marine radio and depth monitor. It has a 20 gallon fresh water holding tank and a 30 gallon grey water tank. I have all the manuals on all installed equipment on the boat. It has a 120 gallon fuel tank to keep you on the water longer
What it needs to make it water ready is a pair of gimbal bearing's and bellows put on the outdrive which has already been removed to save time in replacing them. There is a new swim ladder that is also ready to be put on along with the prop. It needs two batteries and a new hot water heater if you plan to take it out for overnighters.
I was renting a boat slip at SatterWhite point at Kerr Lake and a blow came in and 2 of my lines broke causing minimal cosmetic damaged.
