We are looking for a couple/single who is interested in getting out of the cold for a week or 2 during December and come down here and stay at our extra house on our 2.5 acre Ranchette. We are looking for a future swap of your vacation cabin up in the mountains preferably near a trout stream. It doesn't have to be super fancy, but we aren't interested in staying in a regular suburban home. We would "bank" your place for future use sometime in the next couple of years. We have had many successful swaps around the world! My wife and I are both teachers and love the outdoors and traveling to new places.

It is fully furnished with central air/heat, nice leather furniture, large kitchen, King bedroom set, large bathroom with huge walk in tiled shower, washer/dryer, lcd big screen tv with direc tv, wifi, and everyone's favorite spot: tiki screened in tiled porch with porch swing!
We have fresh eggs from our 8 hens for you to enjoy!(no Rooster)You can also trailer your boat down here and leave it on our property or use my kayaks. There is a kayak and boat ramp 6 miles away.There is great fishing near by. This is true bliss! This is the kind of place where you just let your dog off the leash and you don't lock your car doors at night! Everyone loves our place!We are located 6 miles north of the Publix at Burnt Store Rd and Pine Island Rd. 10 min to tons of great Restaurants in Cape Coral, Matlacha, and 15 min to Punta Gorda.
