This is not a typical hotel room. It is a spacious comfortable suite, like a condo with a large bedroom and an open space of living/full kitchen. The condo is fully furnished and complete with all linens and towels. 2cable TVs and a gas fireplace.
This Resort Condo is located 1 mile east of Exit 32 off of Interstate 93 in Lincoln, New Hampshire, on the scenic Kancamagus highway. Easy interstate highway access from all Northeast metro area's, very close to a Loon Mountain's South Peak Entrance. Walk to Town, Supermarket, Movie Theater, enjoy several restaurants, shopping, and rentals for snowmobile, skiing and more.
Local attractions include Clarks Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, Cannon Mountain Tramway, Santa Village, Zip-line tours, Franconia Notch State Park. IMPORTANT NOTES: Lift Tix are not included but can be purchased at the front desk every morning. Minimum age for check-in: 21. Check-in: 4 pm / Check-out: 10 am. No pets allowed.
