We recently put new gasket and seals. Including:
Head gasket
valve cover gasket
Resealed rear cover plates
We also installed:
Timing belt
Water pump
All new pulleys
Tensioner
Fresh oil 5w30
Oil filter
Coolant
While replacing those parts we noticed that it recently has had
Struts
Axels
Wheel bearing and hub, and other suspension components have all been replaced at some point.
We bought it from a guy who took really good care of it, before we got it from him, he had the clutch replaced so you don't have to worry about replacing that any time soon. This car also has a sun roof, power everything, Ac, and heat both work great.

My husband noticed that it could use an alignment
Interior 8/10
No major stains, and no burn holes non smoker.
Exterior 7/10
Paint looks great no clear coat peeling or fading, few dings and dents, few minor scratches usual for a 10 year old car.
