Hi there! I'm looking to move out of the house I'm currently living in because I'm going to be taking time off of school and hope to move back to my hometown for a time. I live in a house across from MSUM downstairs with a really easygoing and kind female roommate who's also attending college; There are roommates upstairs as well but we are almost never around each other; They're easy to get along with as well. There is a bathroom, shower, and full kitchen that is exclusive to the two of us downstairs. Rent is $270, and utilities run about $40-50 dollars a month for each person, cumulatively. I am asking for a $200 security deposit, which is $70 less than what I paid to sign on the lease. The lease is up in May, but if you didn't want to renew and you'd need to move on for whatever reason, the rule is to simply find someone to take over the remainder of the lease. My roommate does have one kitten but she keeps up after her very well and she isn't a bother at all. I can provide pictures and other information if you're curious at all.
