A room is available for rent in my home for a full-time student, or other individual. My home is located in a nice residential neighborhood in Harris Ranch, close to Barber park, the greenbelt and other amenities.

Included with the room is all utilities, including wireless internet, one off-street parking space, shared kitchen and laundry space and a landing with a couch and small television immediately outside the room which has full cable. The neighborhood has a community center with a fitness room and pool that is open from Memorial day through Labor day.

The preferred tenant would be respectful of shared living situations and quiet. I have a large lab and two indoor cats, so individuals with animal allergies would not do well in this environment. Also, I have a young daughter who is very chatty, so comfort around children would also be preferred. The neighborhood has strict noise, clutter and aesthetic bylaws. A tenant would be expected to adhere to these.

All individuals who are interested will be required to complete a rental application, which will include a full background, DMV and credit check for my family's protection.

Lease terms include:
- $300/month due on the 1st of each month
- $300 deposit
- Month to month terms with 30 days notice to vacate
