Hello! We are looking for a third female roommate in a nice 3bdrm, 2 bathroom apartment in Moorhead. This is a great location for a student at MSUM or Concordia (about 2miles from campus, quick 10minute drive and close to I-94 and Main).

1 bedroom, shared bathroom in a three bedroom apartment. Shared kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry (washer and dryer). Monthly costs: rent $330, utilities $30~, internet/cable TV $35~. Nice neighborhood with well kept facilities and helpful management.

Available September 2015, interested in having consistent roommate through May or June of 2016, but the current lease is month-to-month.

We are looking for a roommate who does NOT smoke or do drugs, alcohol okay at reasonable and NOT excessive levels or parties. We like to keep the common areas clean, but might forget to do the dishes right away. We are low key and are very busy, so we aren't always in the apartment. Both students and work close to, if not, full time.
