I am set to start college in mid August and need a room to stay in. I am 28 years old, very responsible and mature. I am transferring from Ohio State and am currently staying in Wooster. I have two very small Chihuahuas that are calm and house trained. They are crate trained while I'm gone. I am very social and like meeting new people. I don't party or stay out late, I also wouldn't have people over. I am very, very clean and almost fanatical about how clean and tidy I keep my living space. I would have no issue cleaning around the house, and would keep everything tidy. I enjoy spending time outdoors and spend lots of free time with my dogs. I won't be able to pay upfront, but can pay as soon as I get my disbursement from school. I am willing to write up a contract outlining the terms of the move in. I am a very honorable and morally sound person, and would never not pay. I am desperate for some help right now, and cannot continue college unless I have a place to stay. My disbursement should be deposited into my checking account 4-6 week's after class starts. I can provide a copy of my award letter for verification. I am a very nice and kind person just looking for some help. I would prefer to be close to downtown, as that's where my school is. If anyone is able to help, please email or call me.
