50/50 alfalfa & pubescent wheatgrass mix. The bales are 3x4x8 and weigh 1150-1250 lbs. each and are stored outside under a tarp. They have good color inside the bales and good leaf retention on the alfalfa. The wheatgrass did head out but the grain was held in the bales adding energy. This is good, palatable, horse or cow hay. They can be delivered to the Grand Island area for $172/ton by the semi load.
