I moved into a 3 bedroom house and would like a roommate! I am really easy going, hate drama unless its intensely exciting and I dont have a list of do's and donts! I am respectful, honest, trustworthy and caring. I may be a bit sarcastic at times but Im not mean. The house is on over a 1/2 acre. Theres 4-5 fruit trees plenty of room for garden or whatever. Its in an area where we can have a fire and stuff like that so anyway if you're interested then great! I prefer a female because I get along better with them. I think there easier to talk to....communication is important! Also kids are welcome so single female or male with children is cool I have a 3rd bedroom. If someone wants to move in with a friend thats totally cool as!
