This room is 16x16 with a large closet. Its in a home in a quiet NW Raleigh neighborhood. There is a large common kitchen, large living room, private entrance, and bathroom shared with a professional male.

The room is unique in a couple of ways. It has some jungle murals in it (as seen in the pics). Also because the house is built into a slope this particular room has no windows, but is extra large with 10 foot ceilings. Everyone who has stayed in this room tell me they sleep like a baby because it is so dark and quiet when the lights are out. So if you do shift work this would be a perfect setup.

Laundry is available on site. Utilities are included as well as high speed internet. Please note that this level is down terraced steps with its own entrance on the back of the house (which makes it very private but also not as feasible a location for those needing easier physical access).

The lease is month to month. $250 security deposit required on signing the lease.

No smokers and no drugs. And due to zoning no couples please.

The pictures show it furnished. The room is empty now (will post those pics soon) but I do have a dresser and single bed available if you need furnishings. The bright common area living room (it has lots of windows) also has couches and a tv. Guests are always welcome, even for short overnight.
