The room is 142 square feet, and has a detached bath with duel sinks. The house is located three minutes away from Central Carolina Community College, 35 Minutes from Ft. Bragg, 45 minutes from RTP and Raleigh. The house is 2300 sq ft, so plenty of room and privacy. If you enjoy cooking then you'll love the kitchen, with it's all new high-end appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, and with .75 acres plenty of buffer between you and the neighbors. If you need a little extra room for a computer desk or some similar requirement, there's more than enough space to accommodate.
The rooms will be available Jan 1st for 500 dollars a month each, with a 500 dollar deposit. All utilities included (with high speed wireless access).
I'm pretty much just looking for people that can clean up after themselves and behave like adults. Smokers are OK, though you'll need to do it outside, and clean up after yourselves. Absolutely not drug friendly.
