QR Code Link to This Post I'm looking to transfer my current lease at Bayside Village Apartments starting the month of January, after I graduate in December. The lease is a one year lease that will end in July, but it can be renewed to carry over to another year.

The apartment:
4 bed | 2 bath
Fully furnished
Full kitchen, electric appliances
Kitchen table
Living room

The bedroom:
Full-sized bed with mattress
3-drawer bureau
Spacious closet
Desk
Desk chair

The neighborhood:
Across the street from Walgreens, Trader Joe's, and Planet Fitness
<10-minute walk to Whole Foods and Hannafords.
15-minute walk to Maine College of Arts and University of Southern Maine

Start-up fees:
Transfer fee: $300 (which I'd be happy to split in half)
Application fee: $125
Telecom fee: $100

I hopped onto a summer special lease, which is $575/month all utilities included (electricity, heat, water, everything with no cap). This lease price would carry over to you. Currently, Bayside's leases are $629/month if you sign a brand new lease. For comparison, the dorms at Maine College of Arts are at minimum $1,112/month, according to their website.

There are 3 other roommates who are all female students/young professionals. They're clean and respectful.

If you'd like more information on Bayside Village Apartments, you can check out the website here: http://baysidevillagemaine.com/

I'm happy to set up tours of the place, either in person or virtually, but in case we can't match schedules, Bayside also offers tours of a model room. It won't be the exact room, but it'll be the same layout. My bedroom is one of the larger.
