Hi, I was recently given the opportunity to transfer from my place here in Seattle to Las Vegas. I won't be moving until the end of November. I know quite a ways out but just seeing if anyone has a room that would be open around that date. I'm a quiet person and can keep to myself. Or be very outgoing. I'm very friendly, and polite. I can help around the house, and also pay rent of course. We can negotiate that upon further contact. I am a 21 year old male with a very good career path with a large company. I can pay for a deposit and rent to move in no problem. I'll only be bringing a few things, including my car. I'd prefer to have a garage space if available, if not that's not an issue. Just a plus.
