My name is Marquis Johnson and I'm a 4th year student at the University of South Carolina that is looking for someone to take on my full length, brand new lease at The Lofts at USC. I have lived in the building for a year and a half and am being transferred to a new 3 bedroom apartment as my roommates have chosen to explore new options. I am hoping to do the same, but only to live with other friends. The Lofts is a great place to live and it is very convenient with its proximity to campus. It might as well be a university building itself. Rent will be $619, but all utilities are included.
