I have a cozy country home in West Amwell Twp. just above Washington Crossing Park, NJ between Hopewell, Pennington, Ringoes and Lambertville. I have two extra bedrooms that I want to rent out. The surrounding towns are tourist attractions with many restaurants, clubs, shops and places to work, shop and have fun. Just 15 minutes to Hopewell or Pennington, 20 minutes to Trenton, 25 minutes to Princeton, 45 minutes to New Brunswick, 15 minutes to Flemington, 35 minutes to Somerville, 5 minutes to New Hope, PA, 25 minutes to Doylestown or Langhorne and 45 minutes to Phila. Our area is very peaceful, quiet and safe with many birds, deer and other animals. I am looking for people interested in a shared housing living situation to share my comfortable home. Outdoor pets allowed and the possibility also for horses. I have an in ground swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi and the indoor gym will be finished next winter and plenty of parking and storage. Have Laundry Facilities. Single room $850 month plus shared electrical utilities. Will rent for 1 night, for the weekend, weekly or whatever time that you require. Thanks. .
