I am looking for a professional, clean, non smoker male or female roommate between the ages of 24 and 33. The condo has in unit laundry, off street parking, and is updated and clean. Landlord does not allow pets. Looking to move in early January 2018. Unit has trash and water included and we will split gas and electricity bills. Rent is $1800 per month and will be $900 each.
