Gunstock mountain is 15 - 20 minutes away for hiking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, zip line, Segway, tree top adventures etc... can make available weekly if not rented (cheaper for non vacation weeks - more expensive for vacation weeks)
There is a fire pit available for your use for the cooler nights and roasting marshmallows!

Very scenic and clean Lake Winnisquam rental available. One of the best lake locations - easy to get to and you are ON the lake with grass yard, deck and step down sandy beach (Great for spring!). You have use of the dock at the house with boat rentals available across the bridge (Sept - Oct and May to June)! Doesn't get any easier than that. It is a great time during the summer on the lake but the fall is incredibly beautiful and there is so much to do including nearby hiking.
For those of us that like to shop - the Tanger outlets are a mere 4 miles away!
This is a duplex with sometimes owner occupied other side but it has it's own entrance and separate yard and parking etc...This unique waterfront property gives you flexibility and great options and features a tasteful open concept first level with a kitchen, dining, and living room (With open bedroom and pull out queen couch with upgraded mattress) and slider leading out to a private yard
