My name is Ian. I'm a 30 year old personal trainer with over 10 yrs of experience helping people how to become fit and healthy.

I use my own method of training which includes bodyweight training for optimal body movement and fitness. My system of training is GUARANTEED to drop your body fat%, lower your body weight (if overweight), increase overall muscle strength and conditioning and teach your body new skills.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

MEET 2-3 X'S PER WEEK

WARM-UP- 10 MINUTE TOTAL BODY JOINT/MUSCLE ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY WORK

LIGHT JOG- 10 MINUTES

SKIP ROPE- 10 MINUTES

KICK BOXING- 10-20 MINUTES

STRENGTH TRAINING & CONDITIONING- PUSH UPS, PULL UPS, SQUATS, PLANKS, STATIC HOLDS, CRUNCHES- 20 MINUTES

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING & COOL DOWN- 10 MINUTES

I want to genuinely help people, and for this reason I don't charge insane overly priced rates for PTraining. My rates are very reasonable and vary from $40-$60 per session depending on your location and other factors, such as frequency and session packages.
