My name is Ian. I'm a 30 year old personal trainer with over 10 yrs of experience helping people how to become fit and healthy.
I use my own method of training which includes bodyweight training for optimal body movement and fitness. My system of training is GUARANTEED to drop your body fat%, lower your body weight (if overweight), increase overall muscle strength and conditioning and teach your body new skills.

I want to genuinely help people, and for this reason I don't charge insane overly priced rates for PTraining. My rates are very reasonable and vary from $40-$60 per session depending on your location and other factors, such as frequency and session packages.
