6 year old female belgian malinois. She primarily stays outside and sleeps inside during cold weather. She is very active, very smart, loving, sweet dog. She has very high energy and is a fast learner. She would be happiest in a large open area where she can stimulate her mind and to spend time with someone. She has been spayed. I should note that she has a particular liking for thunder and will bark at thunder constantly. Otherwise, she only barks when a stranger nears her territory and quickly stops and becomes friendly if it's an innocent visitor. Also, if she grabs something she wants such as a sock or other object she will NOT give it up for any reason and is quite a handful in these situations. If you reach in to get it she may snap when you approach, but she's never shown aggression on her own out of no where. She also may run off with the item and it will be impossible to catch her. She doesn't show aggression out of the blue, it's just when you approach when she doesn't want you to...this has only happened when she has an object she doesn't want you to take or if she's cornered.
