HERE ARE 'LOW' DESIGN RATES:
- typical 'internet-low' for basic plan set = $850 + $$$ for ANY minor changes 😢
- typical LOW 'designer-fee' = 50¢ to $2/sf (avg. 1700 sf home $850~$3,000+ ! (site and MEP's EXTRA) 😢 (ouch!)
- Typical "STOCK PLANS" = some house in unrelated USA state, expired codes & lots of $$$ to update + never include required
site plan(s) - sorry, I don't touch these (unless you have the "CAD" file + permission to modify)
- architect fee typically 7%~8% house value = about $13,000+ 😢 (double-ouch!)
