Ok I got a cockatiel that I've had for a little while and I've been trying to tame him but can't. The person I got him from says he's sweet and semi tamed but he's not, he's not that bad but I can't pet him ir anything. He doesn't like fingers or skin, when I do manage to get him on my arm that's all I can do, and I can only do that if my skin is covered (he doesn't freak out).
