I'm starting a business selling manufactured decks, where standardized decks are built and delivered in 4-10 pieces, rather than created from scratch on-site.
I need a fake customer of sorts to give the whole concept a trial run and am therefore offering to build a deck for free (at cost of materials), in exchange for a detailed feedback on the assembly instructions and allowing me to take pictures and video for the website.
This would be about $1,000 for a 12'x12' deck or $1,500 for a 12'x20' deck in order to pay for materials; the exact quote may vary depending on options. If you are willing to pay for permit fees, we will get it approved by the city's inspectors for permits. I have previously built my own deck, bar, shelves and other home.
