Total quantity of eight custom-made dining room chairs, originally purchased with a dining table for $8,000 at an estate sale in Alamo. My sister is giving these to me, because she used these as placeholders while she waited for her other dream chairs. In a very clean home of a family of two, seldom used, and in practically mint condition (+ they smell really good). No tears or stains. Very few, very minor markings on feet. Fabric is perfect.
