Hi. I'm seeking a sublet that includes utilities, reasonably priced and is dog friendly as I have one large dog (he does not destroy any property). I do not need furniture to be included, just the utilities. Would like to stay under $700/month but am open depending on location and what's included. I'm quiet and keep to myself, non-smoker, clean, and respectful. I'm a freelancer/contractor with a steady income (also have proof of income). If it works out, I would be open to signing a more long term lease rather than just a sublet. Please email me if you have anything like this available.
