Job Requirements:
* Valid/Current Driver's License
* Must have a Van in good condition
* Basic Tools

Job Skills:
* Dedicated worker, reliable, and responsible
* 3 years min experience in outdoor painting and light carpentry
* Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
