The United States has been through many situations in the past involving our relationships with other countries. "History repeats itself," as they say, and we are interested in seeing how our different leaders handled past catastrophes.
As Harvard researchers, we are calling on the people of Fargo to give us your thoughts on historical relationships that our country has had with other nations and how they have affected us as a country. More importantly, we are interested in how you feel our leaders responded to these incidents.
