I have 35 acres of prime level land available for farming. Another 45 acres (seen in the pictures) is available on a gentle slope and ridge, totaling 80+ acres. This land was farmed 44 years ago for corn and other crops and left unused. Only the last 2 years have we opened the land to an organic farmer. I am now seeking another organic farmer. The level land is well drained as a ditch was dug 35 years ago to remove the water from a nearby spring running onto the land. Soy beans were planted on this 35 acres last year. There are about 6 old oak trees you would have to work around. The 45 unlevel acres has no large trees, only a few small trees and bushes. Half of which was planted soybeans last year.
