Howdy Guitar Players; Don't Like Changing Strings, I Do
I specialize in setting up Floyd Rose Tremelo's or any other for that matter, and change strings on most any stringed instrument, and can make any guitar playable that has it' original parts, and is not damaged. I will install new strings you have purchased, or provide the for you at an additional cost to my basic rate. Additionally I will check and set the intonation, action to your satisfaction, clean the fretboard, polish the entire instrument if desired, and ensure that the bridge level, and is fully at pitch and settled on all strings before leaving. Outside the Longmont area I will only charge more based only on my actual mileage and gas to my basic rate of $20.00. If you bring the guitar to me it's $15.00/guitar for basic setup or $20.00/guitar for string change and setup while you wait or pick them up later.
I am also expert in repair of instrument cables, speakers, basic amp issues, and if I cannot do the repair I will happily refer to someone who can. I am certified in Mil-Spec soldering for all electronics, and all work I do is performed at that level, shrink wrapped, and guaranteed.
I also teach basic guitar/music for beginners who haven't acquired any bad habits with music theory. I can teach you simple conventions about listening, using your own Ear, and how to know and play your instrument, not the song.
