HANDYMAN WANTED FOR SMALL IN-HOME PROJECTS

I am looking for a savvy handyman who can take care of three in-home small projects for me. Ideally I'd like to have the work done in the evening if possible. Otherwise it could be done on a Sunday as I work on Saturday.
I need a handyman who has the tools, the solid knowledge and experience to deal with the three small project areas below:
Here's what I need to have done:
1) Replace a bathroom faucet
2) Fix my < 6 month old 1/2 hp garbage disposal. When you turn it on, it just "buzzes" making me
believe that something is in there that has plugged it up. This is the most time-sensitive of all three
small projects as you would expect.
3) Replace a basement light fixture
