Helpers sought for farm ecological project (Near East Side)

Compensation: Barter: training, tutoring, food, housing, bike maintenance.

Ideal candidates include idealists, the conscientiously healthy, retirees, the community minded and someone looking for shelter.

I need help that allows me to concentrate on
recruiting housemates and tenants in several housing units near Downtown,
making a living (find a job or jobs) and
conducting ecological projects, especially a vegetable garden.
So I am seeking a helper or helpers to be on call or have a routine of a few hours monthly or weekly.

Sought after tasks include the following:
building repairs and maintenance,
cleaning,
cutting wood,
digging,
gardening,
landscaping,
sharing and explaining laws,
painting,
video recording and
miscellaneous

Especially appreciated, but not required, is someone who can
translate between English and Spanish,
fix an automobile,
herd a sheep or two (volunteer for the neighborhood, or do fundraising that gets you paid),
help obtain cheap or free building materials and tools,
bring tools and
conduct fundraising, including crowd funding.

Compensation that I offer is barter of
tutoring
(especially all subjects through sixth grade, art, social sciences, and
literacy, reading and writing for kindergarten through college),
fruits and vegetables (when the garden is productive),
rides and deliveries by pickup and
housing.

To qualify for housing a very high level of reliability would need to be established. The monthly exchange for housing is to share an apartment and get use of a private sleeping space in exchange for both your 30 hours of services and your $100.

To apply please send your list of skills and experiences, and references.
