We are a very busy family with two kids enrolled in full time education. We have one 9 year old and one 18 month old. We are always going three ways at once - with after-school activities, pick ups, drop offs. We need someone who can:
1. help drive our kids from our Park City ranch into town, and also do a SLC drop off and pick up daily.
2. perform light housework (keep the kitchen clean, laundry done)
3. do occasional errands like grocery shop
We would like to exchange housing - we have a private nanny apartment ~550 square feet - with rent valued at $650/mo for your services.
We live on a private ranch above Silver Creek in Park City - about 15 minutes from Kimball Junction. You would need:
1. your own 4WD car
2. license, registration, car insurance, clean driving record
3. child and infant CPR certifications
We would pay for your weekly gas - $60.
Additional babysitting hours on weekends would be negotiated based on your personal availability at the rate of $15/hour.
