I work with both platforms, and can have you up and running on your way in less than 90. (depending on the device*) I can install from Windows Xp ~ Windows 10 (Fully-activated); in any edition you'd like, as well as load any programs you'd want at an additional cost. With macOS I prefer to work with newer devices, but I can install macOS versions 10.6.8 ~ 10.13.1 as well as any other software you'd want as well. I can't do anything with iCloud/Google locked.
