Located in a gorgeous renovated mill building just north of Providence on the Blackstone River. The area is landscaped, safe, and occupied mostly by creative types from other parts of the country. The Mill is about 10 minutes north of downtown Providence, an easy commute to Boston, and less than 3 min to 95.

We are a small, working artist community mill, not a large complex of lofts. We have a deck, hot tub grill, outdoor bar on it's way, kayaks, and fenced in areas for pets. So far we are a sculptor, film maker, photographer, jewelry designer, graphic designer, and interior design build company. The wood shop and paint room etc is available for projects or use if the vibe and skill levels are good.

The studio space is about 1600 sq/ft. The space includes 2 dedicated parking spots as well as guest parking. Can also be used for live-work office space. Can be furnished or not!
