Im a knife maker looking for a space to setup my shop. with all the orders coming in i'm outgrowing my current space (which is really just a glorified toolshed) and am looking to upgrade. my machines make lots of noise and i keep odd hours (sometimes working through the night to fill orders) i require a space that has decent ventilation and access to 220 power (for my small kiln) if this sounds like something you know of please let me know. i can afford to pay around $150-$200 a month but would consider going higher for the right space. i'm very tidy and work well with others and am not completely opposed to shared spaces, as long as the other person/people reciprocate that respect. please feel free to email, call or text with any leads.
