Acoustic instrumentalist/singer looking to form duo or possible trio doing a creative mix of acoustic folk, americana, blues, classic rock, and originals in the same vein.
The general idea is to put together a live set of covers for paying gigs while working in and writing original material. There are realistic expectations about where the original music may or may not go, but the goal is to fan the creative flames and see where it goes.
I'm open to any instrumentation that works well for the intended goal, but want to start by adding a fiddle and then bass or guitar to create a core group. Possible future additions (such as drums/percussion, keys, other) may be added depending on the direction the music gravitates to. Until the band and music gain traction, it'll remain a duo or trio.
Vocal harmony will play a strong role in this music, so vocal ability is desired, but not a deal breaker.
