Looking for frame to finish carpenter (Bristol, NH) hide this posting unhide

I have two small rental units in Bristol, NH I'd like to remodel before any new tenants move in. This was work I was planning on mostly doing myself, but I am concerned I am going to be traveling too much this Winter to get them done in a timely fashion.
Here is an example list of the types of tasks that will need to be done:
- Add a pocket door
- Hang new cabinets
- Build a custom cabinet to hide a washer/dryer
- Change carpets
- Replace drop ceilings with drywall
- Replace an interior door & frame
- Remove a half-wall
- Extend a wall by a few feet (frame and drywall)
- Air-seal and add insulation in the attic
... the list goes on, and may also include adding at least one new shower stall.
Hoping to find someone competent who is willing to work on a time & materials basis for a reasonable rate. I'm open to this being low-key side-work without a definite schedule in exchange for a lower rate.
I'd also like to find someone with a sense of humor who does not mind working with me some when I am in town. These are not high-end rental units, so I need to keep costs low by doing what I can myself. Still, I'd like the next tenants to have a nice clean, well-insulated place to live. The previous owners and tenants let these units go downhill a little too much.
