We are looking for 2 types of sub-promoters:
Image promoters focus on bringing a small group of very attractive girls and a few attractive guys to help the club's image. They are hired by the club specifically because they have a good looking crowd that the club desires. They are typically given free alcohol for themselves and their crowd as well as a VIP table. The number of people image promoters bring is less important than that those people are very good looking.
Mass promoters focus on bringing huge volumes of people. As many as 50 to 100 a night, people depending on the club that they work for. They are usually paid per head as a percentage of the cover charge, and may also be able to get a percentage of the bar sales at smaller venues. The quality of people that mass promoters bring is still important; they still have to be able to get past the door man. No one likes a club that is full creepy guys, or aggressive and rude people, or worse -- people who get violent.
