I have a you tube channel now for about a year and need help with developing my format to attract subscribers could be anything from pranking,challenges,cooking or what ever..We would get together a few times a week and develop creative ideas...eventually when the channel takes off there would be pay bu right now we are just under development ..I could really use some elp ..our show is called the 2 old guys and right now we vlog about daily life but I want to do much more ..please if you are interested check out our channel and then call me...thanks Leon
